Young Master Gu, Please Be Gentle

Chapter 1302 - Leaving

Chapter 1302: Leaving

At the Snow Mountain Residence.

Ah Zhou looked outside worriedly. A limousine slowly emerged from the darkness and approached them slowly, the headlights illuminating the foggy gloom of their surroundings, making one feel calm and reassured.

The doors of the car opened and a suave figure walked towards them. It was Sikong Heng.

At long last! Ah Zhou was overjoyed and hurried forward immediately. “Sikong, I’m so glad you’re here. Quick, please have a look at Master.”

Ah Zhou’s eyes stung as tears rolled down his face. He was a big man, but cried openly and pitifully for his master.

Sikong Heng walked in and took off his coat, handing it over to Ah Zhou before putting his white coat on.

He buttoned his white coat numbly with his long fingers. He was in crisp-cut black trousers as well. Glancing at Ah Zhou, he said softly, “Control your tears. Wipe them away at once.”

Sikong Heng’s clear voice was calm and soothing, like a summer breeze. Ah Zhou stared at him in a daze, forgetting his tears.

Sikong Heng walked upstairs.

The room was filled with the sharp scent of antiseptic, with nurses rushing in and out of the room. but none of them could do a thing.

The doctors’ eyes all lit up the moment Sikong Heng appeared. It was as though they had found their pillar of support and they all followed after him immediately.

On the sides, the nurses brought him a pair of white gloves. Sikong Heng put them on slowly by Xuan Ying’s bedside as he lay there, face pale.

Lifting his hands, Sikong Heng peeled Xuan Ying’s eyes back as his gaze lowered down to his face.

“Dr Sikong, the Silver Mask King has been given an extremely strong aphrodisiac. He didn’t sleep with a woman and chose instead to... cut himself. The bleeding has been stopped but I’m afraid the Silver Mask King... might become impotent...”

The last part of the sentence was murmured softly to Sikong Heng. As soon as the words were out of his mouth, someone started sobbing loudly. Ah Zhou had overheard them and couldn’t stop himself from bawling.

It was over.

Master was going to become impotent.

Master never slept with Shi Xiaoxiao at all. She had been tortured, her hymen torn apart by Xuan Ying with another object.

Sikong Heng, who was by Master’s bedside, lifted his eyes as Ah Zhou started bawling loudly. His gold glasses flashed coldly and his clear black eyes landed on Ah Zhou’s face.

Swallowing down his tears, Ah Zhou quickly muffled his sobs, afraid to make another sound.

But it felt as though his world had collapsed.

Master was a magnificent man. How could he have treated himself so roughly?

Ah Zhou not only hated Xia Ling, but blamed her as well. If not for her, Master would still be well.

Sikong Heng retracted his stern gaze and instructed, “Prepare for surgery immediately.”

“Yes.”

...

Xuan Ying’s entire body was in excruciating pain. His body and heart hurt so much he was covered in cold sweat. It took some time, but he slowly opened his eyes as his eyes struggled to get accustomed to the light.

“Master, you’re awake?” Ah Zhou ran over quickly.

Xuan Ying looked sideways at Ah Zhou. His eyes were swollen from crying.

Water. His throat was parched.

So it hadn’t been a dream.

She had left with Mu Mu.

Xuan Ying moved his pale lips gingerly.

At this moment, a clear and melodious voice rang out beside his ear. “Silver Mask King, you’re heavily injured and need to rest. Don’t overdo it.”

When Xuan Ying lifted his eyes, he saw Sikong Heng. Sikong Heng took out a pen and wrote something on a piece of paper before handing it over to a doctor behind him. He then shot a glance at Ah Zhou.

Ah Zhou had absolute faith and trust in Sikong. Feeling his gaze land on him, Ah Zhou brought the doctors and nurses outside.

Closing the door, he left Xuan Ying and Sikong Heng in the room.

...

Sikong Heng sat on the chair beside the bed and looked at Xuan Ying. “My operation on you was a success, but that doesn’t mean that you’ll regain all your male functions.

“You were too heavy-handed on yourself and cut into your veins. This will affect your bedroom affairs in the future. To put it simply, you may not be able to get it up.”

Xuan Ying’s pale face was expressionless and replied only after a while. “Mm.”

Mm?

The man merely grunted.

“But don’t give up hope yet. I’ll still be in Country A for a while. I’ll operate on you again after you’ve recuperated more and will do my best to restore your functions.”

Xuan Ying’s pale lips twisted casually and he said in a self-deprecating manner, “Thank you, Doctor Sikong.”

“Silver Mask King, I’ll take my leave first, so please rest well.”

Sikong Heng left.

...

The room fell into silence as Xuan Ying stared at the chandelier above him in a daze.

His surroundings were absolutely quiet, so quiet it made him anxious. Lifting his hands, he pressed them against his chest where his heart was, and dug his hands into his flesh.

Taking out his cell phone, he punched in some buttons and called a number.

...

A melodious ringtone sounded and someone picked up the phone. A low and magnetic voice said, “Hello?”

“Your Highness, Shi Shi has readied his army for a rebellion in the West. I request that you let me lead the troops and pacify the rebellion. I promise to protect Country A for a hundred years.”

Lu Yeming thought about it for a few seconds before saying,”The border is a cold and cruel place. I’ve already heard of your situation, so I’ll send someone else to do it. You should take your time to recover.”

“Your Highness.”

Lu Yeming’s voice was light but full of concern. “I’ll be having my wedding in a few days, so stay to have a drink.”

Lu Yeming hung up the call.

Xuan Ying clutched his phone for a while before sitting up and getting off the bed. He changed out of his hospital clothes into a set of black clothes and prepared to leave.

At this moment, Ah Zhou returned and stared at Xuan Ying in shock. “Master, Doctor Sikong instructed you to rest well before he left. Where are you going?”

Xuan Ying holstered his gun at his waist and said in a solemn voice, “You don’t have to come with me this time. Stay and take care of my mother. Once the situation at the borders has been settled, I’ll ask someone to pick the two of you up.”

What?

The borders?

Ah Zhou stood there in shock. Master was planning to crush Shi Shi’s rebellion and then guard the border. The conditions there were harsh and generals didn’t come back for decades after they left for the borders.

By the time Ah Zhou had recovered from his shock, Xuan Ying had already gone downstairs.

“Master!” Ah Zhou quickly ran after him and shouted loudly, “You can’t go! Are you going to give up on your treatment?”

Ah Zhou raced out of the Snow Mountain Residence, down the stairs and after Xuan Ying. He was already in the limousine, his tall figure vanishing into the thick of the night.

Xuan Ying had left.

He had really left.

He hadn’t said when he was coming back.

Maybe he never was.

Ah Zhou’s legs gave way and he collapsed on the floor. Master... Master really didn’t want to live anymore.

...

Sikong Heng was in a limousine when he picked up Ah Zhou’s call. He frowned.

“Sikong,” At this moment, Madam Sikong spoke up. “Stop thinking only about your work. He may not be able to get it up, but do you have no intention of getting it up at all?”
